About Silver Tie Servers
Established in the spring of 2014 from an idea…to create a local party planning company that involves family, friends, and ties to the local community. Elizabeth had worked in the field for many years and knew she could create a service that was a step above the status quo that emulated sophistication, a friendly attitude and attention to detail.
Silver Tie Server’s main goal was to make it easy and affordable for families and corporations to have the best experience possible when throwing a party or event. So far Elizabeth’s goal has been reached, and she continues to grow and improve her company. “Let’s Call Silver Tie” is becoming a household phrase and hopefully the good news will spread.

Meet Elizabeth Pogor
I grew up in the town of Melrose, Massachusetts and can’t remember a time when my family wasn’t planning, hosting, and cooking for family and friends in our home. After raising my four daughters in North Andover Massachusetts, it seemed a natural transition to create a business that I know and love - planning and hosting events.
I’m happy to say that my daughters are key elements of my team. With my family and team by my side, I am, on occasion on-site with team members to manage and serve at events so I can see our process first-hand. I like to be involved with clients, to absorb the feedback at a party, and make sure the team is the best they can be, I believe it’s vital to excellent service.
I’m also a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and I’ve been painting and showing my work for 15 years. In my spare time, I teach in-home cooking to all ages and I’m a personal chef to several local families. I love to help families come together over a meal, because so many folks work full time and with kids, jobs, and activities there’s no time to sit down and relax. This allows them to do just that. I also find great joy in teaching kids and moms (dads too on occasion) new cooking skills and offer them ideas on how to be creative with meal ideas and preparation. I love what I do and I strive to bring my passion and dedication to my clients’ events.
