Meet Alexis!

She's our fabulous “Day Of” Coordinator and Pre-Party Consultant, and an invaluable addition to our team! She'll ensure you have a seamless event on your special day. Whether you’re planning a wedding, an anniversary, a corporate event, or anything in between, her main goal is to help you relax and enjoy your day while she works out the details of your event.

Alexis’s Pre-Party Consulting Will Include:

On Site visit with you and your family or coworkers to determine the best strategy for your event.
Walking the space to choose best placement of buffet, vendors, bar, and more.
Offering ideas regarding the perfect venue, caterer, baker, florist, and vendors that meet your needs and your budget.
Discussing bar needs, specialty drinks, types of beer and wine, along with lists of supplies needed for a smooth cocktail hour experience.

Alexis’s Day Of Coordinator duties will include:

Working with you one month before the event and acts as the point person while your event is taking place.
Confirming and organizing with vendors and service staff as to arrival times, set up, and flow of the day’s activities.
Helping you create a Day Of timeline.
Alexis will come with a Coordinator Kit including everything she will need to handle any bumps in the road during the event such as spot remover, sewing kit, first aid kit, necessary serving supplies that may have been missed and more.
Managing procession for wedding attendants (if in fact this is a wedding…)
Overseeing waitstaff
Checking in with bartending staff to make sure supplies are sufficient.
Coordinating break schedules for waitstaff and bar staff
Working with your caterer to ensure a smooth flow during dinnertime.
Calling tables for buffet line if applicable.
Staying until after dinner hour to be sure all aspects of cleanup have begun with attention to waitstaff, vendors, clients, and guests, making sure all parties are content and ready to wrap up the day’s activities.
